I have been practicing massage since December 2022. I completed my professional training for massage therapy through The Professional Massage Academy (St. Cloud), where I earned my certification. During my education, I developed a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, therapeutic techniques, and client-centered care. My training provided hands-on experience in various massage modalities, primarily Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, allowing me to understand how to tailor each session to meet individual client needs. I am passionate about promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall wellness through safe and effective therapeutic practices.

As a certified and licensed massage therapist, I am committed to continuous learning and maintaining high professional standards while creating a comfortable and healing environment for every client.

Outside the treatment room I enjoy spending time with family and friends, cooking and baking, painting and making art, reading the Bible and fellowship, traveling, taking walks and hiking.
